Job Description
Hometown Insulation is seeking a Bilingual Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on field position focused on jobsite quality, safety compliance, construction practices, documentation, and employee training.
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with 5+ years of insulation industry experience , strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.

Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some Saturdays required as needed
