Job Description Skilled Trades Recruiter: We are seeking a Skilled Trade Staffing Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team! This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. This position is a great opportunity for someone to learn recruiting. This is an entry-level recruiting position with limitless room for career growth. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented position. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work. This is not a typical 9-5 position, this position requires occasional evening and weekend time when we are working against a deadline to staff a project. We are looking for a highly motivated, quick learning individual who works well with a team. Excellent earning potential: salary + incentives, benefits, 401k w/employer match. Salary commensurate with experience. Staffing and recruiting experience is preferred but not necessary. Willing to train the right person. Qualifications for Skilled Trades Recruiter: Previous experience in fast-paced high volume customer service, recruiting experience, or other related experience Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual preferred but not required Responsibilities for Skilled Trades Recruiter: Screen, recruit and interview potential employees On-board and train new employees Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Accurately maintain employee files
