These are exciting times in the Student Center and we are thrilled to have you become a part of our team. The Student Center is seeking an experienced Skills Trade Worker. The incumbent will be required to perform advance level duties in maintenance and renovation tasks, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other building trades work.

Minimum hiring qualifications: Technical or vocational degree in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or electrical trade area; or high school diploma or GED and one year experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or electrical trade. A valid Georgia driver's license is required.
Preferred hiring qualifications: Knowledge of tools and equipment used in HVAC and heating. Knowledge of basic principles and practices of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or other related trades. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to perform strenuous manual tasks. Ability to operate hand tools and equipment used in HVAC and heating and plumbing field, such as jacks, meters, wrenches, etc.
